About Me

Hi, my name is Lara-Lyn, and I’m a woman devoted to both our wild nature and our holiness.
I have embraced the natural tendencies I exhibited already as a little girl, to spend hours singing and dancing in the garden, completely entranced by nature and connected to my essence. I’ve studied and practiced yoga for 20 years, so far, as well as Thai massage and Ayurveda, and have honed my skills in intuitive rituals and magic medicine ceremony.
Through my own messy life, I found truth and healing in many ancient practices as well as seemingly small intuitive deeds. I also found some of the early traditions irrelevant to a modern life, and suited more to a masculine way, and yet greater unlocking in instinctive spells and rituals.
I realized the wisdom of the past must be guided by suspicion and intuition, and adapted to our unique constitution to be relevant and useful to us, especially as women, who are in constant flux and transformation.
