Hi, I'm Lara-Lyn...

As the founder of Samudra Yoga School and The Yoga Shala Windhoek, I’ve spent over a decade sharing the practices that have changed my life: yoga, Ayurveda, and the art of rituals that bring the holiness and wildness back to our lives.

My work is a living conversation between body and spirit, and the rawness of real life. Everything I share, from yoga, wild retreats, and personalised coaching, is an offering of presence; a reminder that your body is holy ground, your breath is prayer, and your practice is your path.
